About the painting
The woodblock painting that I am giving away in this raffle is of one of my favorite local bands, Saturn Leaves, playing at Bowstring Pizza and Brewyard on Wake Forest Rd., in Raleigh, NC. The subject of this painting is more the funky circle shack bar and the Brewyard but if you look carefully you can see the lead singer and cello player for Saturn Leaves off in the distance on the newly built Bowstring stage.
You can email me to request a custom painting with the name of your favorite band painted on the side. I can even add a miniature likeness of a couple of the band members on stage as I did with the band Saturn Leaves in this painting.

I have not heard any of these bands that are playing on Saturday live yet. The headliner is Strange Lady. Here is an album they have posted on SoundCloud. It sounds pretty cool to me!!
